Where we ship

We ship to Italy, all of Europe and the main countries in the rest of the world. The available countries are those you can select at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free in Italy and across Europe. For the rest of the world, international shipping costs $5.99. The final cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days from order confirmation. Times are indicative: during busy periods or for reasons beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, customs checks) they may be longer. In any case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order; otherwise you can ask for cancellation and a full refund.

Duties and taxes

The product ships from an international warehouse. Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import charges may apply: these are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

When your parcel ships you receive an email with the tracking link.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot find you, they leave a notice and try again. If the parcel comes back to us because it was not collected or the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Damaged or missing parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with reservation and write to us within 48 hours at info@rubraskin.com with photos of the parcel and the product: we will replace it or refund you.
