This site is operated by RUBRA. You can contact us at info@rubraskin.com. By placing an order you accept these terms of sale.

2. Products

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may depend on your screen. The device is designed for daily cosmetic skin care: it is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice. Always read the instructions and warnings before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where applicable. Offers are valid for the period and under the conditions shown on the site. Payment is made when you place the order, using the methods available at checkout; payment data is handled securely by the payment providers and is not stored by us.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

After your purchase you receive a confirmation email with the order summary. The contract is concluded when this confirmation is sent. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud: in these cases we refund the full amount paid.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 14-day right of withdrawal provided by EU consumer law always remains guaranteed. Details are described in the Refund policy.

7. Legal warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity provided by EU consumer law. In case of a defect, write to info@rubraskin.com.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the product that does not follow the instructions or warnings. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring any dispute before the courts of their place of residence or domicile. Before going to court you can write to info@rubraskin.com: we always look for an amicable solution.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; orders already placed are subject to the version in force at the time of purchase.
